Getting your Learners Permit (Learners licence) in Brisbane Queensland Australia.
- You must obtain a Queensland Learners Licence Permit before taking your first driving lesson.
- You should be at least 16 years and six months old. (16.5 years)
- Attend Brisbane QT Office or another QT Service Centre for a written test.
- If you live in a rural location you may be able to attend your local police station.
- An appointment is usually not necessary.
- There are 30 questions in the general road rules test.
- The questions have multiple choice answers.
- You will need to take :
- Primary document. (for example a birth certificate, passport or citizenship certificate)
- Secondary document. (for example a bank or credit card with a signature)
- Take proof of address. (e.g. an electricity account showing your name and address)
- When you pass you receive a Log Book. You must bring this to lessons
